PTCL made us fool and charge all customers Rs. 199.00 on the name of Pakistan Package. They advertise this package on 1st December in the result of which no one was able to disable this offer for the month of December. Due to wrong policies a large number of poeple are going to disconnet thier PTCL connections. PTCL is now like a sinking ship no one can save it.

My telephone number is 2624858-9
I have received my latest bill.
Your pakistan package seems to be a scam
or fraud.
What do you mean by 5000 nationwide minutes ?
You are still charging local calls.
I have not used my telephone for 5000 minutes
but still received extra charges of Rs 44
Could it be that someone else has been using
my quota of 5000 nationwide minutes.
