Happy New Year

Happy New year to all of you. This time we have both Hijri (Islami) and Easwi (Englih) year almost started at the same time. Islamic year is 1430 and English year is 2009.

A shair for my country Pakistan:

Khuda kare meri arze pak per utre wo fasle gull
Jisse kabi andesha-e-ziwaal na ho

Ai Allah, Is se pehley ke yeh duniya muje ruswa kare de
Tu mere jism, meri rooh ko acha ker de
Yeh joh halet hai meri, main ne bani hai magar
Jaisa tu chahta hai ab muje waisa ker de
Mere har faislay main teri raza shamil ho
Jo tera hukam ho wo mera irada ho
(AMEEN)

Aasman ka chand teri bahoon mein ho
Too jo chahe wo teri rahoon mein ho
Har wo khawab ho pura Jo teri ankhoon mein ho
Khush qismati ki lakeer tere hathoon mein ho (Ameen)

Aaaj Ek bars aor beet gaya oos ke bagair
Jis ke hote huwe hote the Zamane mere

    nice dua, correct the “Tum” in the second line though. it must be “tu” and happy new year to you too.
