In normal life, word “SMART” is using for handsome, pretty, intelligent or sharp personality.
But this word is very import in some areas As this individual word contain multiple words and meanings
Let us see what it can be
SMART has five characters
In Human Resource, Project Management, “SMART” is using in the following meanings
S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Attainable/Achievable
R = Realistic
T = Time
It means whenever you are making your plan or any goal/objective that should be SMART enough. So, you can easily acheive your target within limited time period.
If you will not specify your goal or target you may be lost in the world and never ever achieve your goal.
You goal/target should be measureable so that after a time period you can identify how much you have gained and how much lost.
You goal/target/timeperiod should be acheiveable. for example, never ever make a target that you will be a president of USA (if you are not American by birth)
